After the trial, pay by bank transfer or mobile money; your plan is activated as soon as the payment is confirmed. UGX prices are set in shillings and are not converted daily.
The free trial
Use the plan you choose with your real books for 30 days. No card or payment details are asked for.
Switch between plans during the trial from Plan & billing. The trial end date does not change.
Pay monthly or yearly in USD or UGX. Paying before the trial ends keeps the remaining trial days.
If you do not choose a plan, you get 7 more days, then SmartLedger becomes read-only. You can still sign in, view and export everything.

Every plan with a listed price starts with a 30-day free trial with full access to that plan. No card is needed. You can switch plans during the trial.
You have 7 more days to choose a plan. After that SmartLedger becomes read-only: you can still sign in, view, print and export all your records, but you cannot save new work until a plan is paid. Nothing is deleted.
By bank transfer or mobile money. Contact us for the payment details; your plan is activated as soon as we confirm the payment, and the receipt appears in Plan & billing.
Yes. Every plan with a listed price has a USD and a UGX price. Choose the currency when you pay.
Yes, you can pay for a year at a time. Unless a discount is shown on this page, the yearly price is twelve times the monthly price.
Yes, from Plan & billing. An upgrade starts as soon as it is paid, with credit for the unused days of your current plan. A downgrade takes effect at your next renewal, and you keep your current plan until then.
Yes, at any time from Plan & billing. You keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for; after that the account becomes read-only and your records stay available to view and export. You can reactivate whenever you are ready.
It stays yours and is not deleted. You can sign in, view and export your books in read-only mode. If you want your organisation's data removed completely, contact us.
Each plan has a user limit. To add more people, upgrade, or disable users who no longer need access.
